Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days and arrive in 7–15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working on expanding!
Q: Can I return an item?
A: We currently do not accept returns, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number: botiquelabu@gmail.com
Q: Are your products official Labubu or POP MART merchandise?
A: No, we are not affiliated with POP MART or Labubu. Our accessories are independently sourced and designed to fit collectible vinyl figures.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! As soon as your item ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
A: Most orders arrive on time, but if your order is significantly delayed, damaged, or lost, contact us and we’ll make it right.
